Hello

Do you have an iOS phone, you can use iOS to upgrade the vLinker MC+ firmware first.

No iPhone, but we do have an older iPad Mini. Will that work? If so, how do I initiate the update?

Still doesn't work.

I scanned your QR code with my iPad and downloaded the iOS installer with no problem but the vLinker doesn't appear on the list of 'Available Devices' on the iPad's Bluetooth settings; however, I can find it as "vLinker MC-IOS" on my Android phone, which doesn't do any good.

At this point, I'm convinced this device is defective and all I can say is that I am very disappointed. I bought this device on sale and the seller does not accept returns so, needless to say, if I cannot get any satisfaction from the manufacturer I will have buy something else. It just won't be a vGate product.

Hello
1. vLinker MC+ does not need to connect to Bluetooth in the settings, because it is BLE connection, he will find vLinker MC+ device automatically when updating or connecting.
2. did you follow the way I gave you to update it?
3. If you want a refund, you can send me the link and I will give you a refund

Hello! That solved the problem. Once I understood that it was not necessary to connect via Bluetooth I was able to proceed with the update and it is now connected and working properly.
Thank you very much for your help! I apologize if my last message caused any offense.
Best regards, Steve
