1. Scan the QR code below with your mobile phone's browser and download the 'VgateFwUpdater' app

2. Open Settings - Bluetooth - Connect 'vLinker FD-Android' (not required for iOS), if it is WiFi connect WiFi will work
(vLinker FD+/FD/FDWiFi can all be upgraded in the same way, just with different Bluetooth connection names or WiFi)
3. Open the 'VgateFwUpdater' app and click on 'SCAN' to continue scanning the same QR code as in step 1
4. Choose Bluetooth or WiFi, depending on your device
5. Click 'DOWNLOAD' and wait for it to upgrade successfully, don't pull out the adapter in the middle.
