Problem performing upgrade - no selectable port... - Kirkg13 - 03-19-2023

I'm not sure if I'm doing this properly or not.

I've downloaded the updater to my Windows laptop.

I get in the car, and I pair my MC+ with my laptop using Bluetooth.
From the Windows Bluetooth settings it shows paired with "vLinker MC-IOS", or something like that.

I start the updater program, select the .txt file with the firmware update.

I have BT selected, not USB or FiFi.

But I get no Comm port displaying in the dropdown list

What am I doing wrong?  Do I just type something there?
Thanks!

Hello
Maybe you are connected to the wrong Bluetooth. vLinker MC+ has two Bluetooth connections, one for iOS-vLinker MC (iOS does not need to be connected in the settings) and the other for Android-vLinekr-MC, if you are on a windows computer then you need to connect to Android-vLinker-MC. Android-vLinekr-MC is slower than iOS-vLinekr-MC.
Plug the product into the car, press the black button and wait a minute or so for the Android-vLinker MC to show up.
