Hello, I searched for products on OBD, purchased a vlinker bm+, and installed the vgate fw update. It looks like you can connect to an obd, but you cannot connect to bmw ix3. What should I do next?

The vLinekr BM+ is perfectly compatible with bimmercodek, you can fire up the car first. Connect again

Hi, I forgot to update an issue.
It's all my fault. I forgot to switch to on position, I had in start vehicle position in first time. When I push start 3 time without brake paddle it's connect perfectly.
I connect my ix3 with X3 model in bimmercode and it's coding perfectly. Thx to your product.
