Hi everyone,
I just got a Vgate vLinker FS USB and I’m trying to connect it to my sprunki retake computer. I have a few questions:
- Has anyone experienced unstable connections or random disconnects?
- Which OBD software works best with the vLinker FS USB?
- Any tips for connecting directly to a laptop vs. using a USB hub?

1. I haven't encountered any connection instability so far. Should you experience this, please contact support@vgate.com.cn
2. The choice of OBD software depends on your vehicle. If you could share your car model, I'd be happy to recommend one
3. Provided the device is functioning correctly, there's no difference between direct connection and using a USB hub
