I changed 2 different laptop and 2 different Vlinker MS tools and  tried it but same problem continues . its not related win10 or laptop related issue. I have friend who use it's own Vlinker MS he also complains the same problem!!!!

Anyone have same problem, THE admin and Vlinker support team please help ? 

P.S
i also updated the Vlinker MS firmware  v.2.3.22 but it's not solved anything.
