If you need to return the device to factory settings, you can long press the button on the device and release it when all the LEDs light up at the same time, wait for 5 seconds and power the device back up again

To reset the device to its factory settings, hold down the power button for 5 seconds until all of the lights on the device light up simultaneously, then release the button. Turn the device back on.
