Hi, i need QR code for my Vgate iCar3 BLE to upgrade via cell phone; failed to update via Windows method with "iCar_V4.1.10.rar" (updater says "the upgrade file does not match the device model").

1. The update firmware for icar 3 has been merged with icar 2
2. I tried to update the icar 3 and it worked, can you tell me when you bought your icar 3, if it is under warranty we will reissue a new icar 3 for you
