Note: I am using icar pro 4.0, the Bluetooth name varies from product model to product model, just choose the Bluetooth name of the purchased product
1. Open the windows update application ''vlinkerFwUpdater''
2.Connect Android-Vlink Bluetooth device
3. Check the Bluetooth port number and fill in the upgrade application, baud rate: 38400
4. Select the file of the upgrade version
5. power cycle the device to work after the update is completed *If the upgrade fails, power cycle the device and upgrade again.
The update file as well as ''vlinkerFwUpdater'' are available at www.vgatemall.com -

Sorry, but I don't understand how I can upgrade the device Vgate iCar Pro BLE 4.0. At the car OBD plug? If so, how can I connect my PC? Do I have to take my PC to the car? -

Hi, Vgate iCar Pro 4.0 device device upgrade does not necessarily need to use a computer, you can also use your cell phone to upgrade, the specific steps are as follows -

1. Use your browser to scan the QR code and download the corresponding upgrade application according to your phone system.
2,Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone and connect to the Bluetooth of iCar Pro, iOS is not required, open the 'VgateFwUpdater' application after connection
3. Click on 'SCAN' and scan the QR code that you scanned in step 1 here.
4. Click 'DOWNLOAD' and wait for the update to complete -

1. The update firmware for icar 3 has been merged with icar 2
2. I tried to update the icar 3 and it worked, can you tell me when you bought your icar 3, if it is under warranty we will reissue a new icar 3 for you
