Hi!

Please help me with firmware update of vLinker FS USB. 

So I followed this instruction:

I downloaded vLinker FS_USB_v2.3.02.zip and installed CDM21228_Setup.exe. Then I installed also CDM212364_Setup.exe from https://ftdichip.com/drivers/vcp-drivers/ (although I am not sure if I needed to because it feels the same as CDM21228_Setup.exe).

And THEN I tried to run vLinkerFwUpdater v3.6.exe from the same zip. I carefully followed instructions (chose vLinker_FS_v2.3.02.txt file) but got the message "**Failed** Please power on the device again!"

WHY???

And do I really need this firmware update? The light is blue and COM port is being recognized by windows.

I've a diesel (T300 aveo 1.3d) and EV (MG4) car. Can i see DPF level and battery SOH or temps?

How come the unit does not requires any password to access it? Isn’t it possible that others may just abuse or hack into our devices?

Hello. I have a Seat Leon 1P 2.0 FR TDI 2009 CEGA and the iCar PRO BT4.0 interface with CarScannerPro for iPhone. 
After connecting to the program, it shows basic parameters (RPM, etc.) without DPF parameters. 
I have tried all connection profiles for the Seat with dpf in the name and: "obd-ii/eobd" and sometimes I have dpf sensors in the dashboard (but they do not show the values), other times I do not have dpf sensors available at all. In ECU identifiers, when I select the "engine", always appears the message "no iformation available". 
I also have OBDEleven+android and it shows all modules and parameters (including DPF). 
Do you have any ideas what could be the reason for the lack of DPF information in iCarPro?

Before connecting to WiFi, please turn off the “Automatically switch networks when WiFi status is poor” or similar function in WiFi settings, otherwise WiFi may be disconnected automatically!

Step 1:
Connect iCar Pro WiFi, WiFi name: “V-LINK”.





Step 2:
Open the app and click “GARAGE”.





Step 3: 
Click on the car door location.





Step 4: 
Click on the vehicle dashboard location.





Step 5: 
Click “Add”.





Step 6:
Select “OBD 2”.





Step 7:
Select “WIFI” as the connection type.





Step 8:
IP ADDRESS:1.2.168.0.10
ADAPTER PORT:35000





Step 9:
Click “DONE (Done)”.





Step 10: 
Step 12: Once the setup is complete, return to the homepage and wait for the device to connect automatically.





Step 11: 
The connection is successful.

Check the OBD2 adapter lP address:192.168.0.10
OBD2 adapter IP Port:35000





Step 6:
Click on “CONNECT”.
