I recently bought the vLinker adapter FD+ BT3.0/BLE4.0 - for Android & iOS & Windows.
When I try to connect my PC with the vLinker module via BT it only shows vLinker Android or vLinker iOS available in the BT connections of my PC, so I cannot connect to the vLinker directly.
When I open forscan, it connects the vLinker via Android connection with my PC.
Is there any special setting to link the adapter directly with my PC or does it only work via forescan in Auto mode, due to the fact, that the data transfer under the auto setting is very slow.
Some settings would be very helpful, as in the Manual ther is only Android and iOS connection discribed, also on the websites.
Hiya, maybe someone knows how to connect to an Audi A6 1.9TDI from 1999. Tried Auto Doctor and Torque. I have a Vagscanner Vag305 that connects without any problem. The Icar works on my 2011 VW Polo
Fresh out of the box Icar Pro dongle, upgrade installed. Maybe the correct OBD protocol is just not there?
Hello, I searched for products on OBD, purchased a vlinker bm+, and installed the vgate fw update. It looks like you can connect to an obd, but you cannot connect to bmw ix3. What should I do next?
I get in the car, and I pair my MC+ with my laptop using Bluetooth.
From the Windows Bluetooth settings it shows paired with "vLinker MC-IOS", or something like that.
I start the updater program, select the .txt file with the firmware update.
I have BT selected, not USB or FiFi.
But I get no Comm port displaying in the dropdown list
What am I doing wrong? Do I just type something there? Thanks!
Hello, the firmware of the dongle is 4.1.10. Even with the BT enabled on my iPhone XR, ABRP (version 4.3.8 (2110)) is not able to connect to my dongle in a VW ID.4. Any solution?
I can't seem to get the correct drivers installed. In device manager I see "Unknown USB Device(Device Descriptor Failed)" when the cable is plugged in. I download the driver, unpacked, ran CDM212364_Setup.exe as administer. Install wizard said install was successful. Tried to manually update drivers but it always says "The best drivers for this device are already installed". Please help. Running Windows 10 Home 21H2 64bit.

works fine with laptop.
Doesn't work, can't connect to android usb. The cable is working. I use ffconfig.
When I plug the Vlinker into the car, the lights don't come on.
when a smartphone is connected, it glows blue and red.
ffconfig says adapter missing.

MC wakes up automatically when the vehicle is switched off for 20 minutes and the device is put into hibernation and the vehicle is restarted.
