Hi, I have an iCar Pro BLE Bluetooth 4.0, but the Bluetooth doesn’t appear on two of my Android phones and two iOS devices. The module itself has both red and blue lights on. I tried updating the firmware using iOS without connecting to Bluetooth as advised by the officials, but the VgateFwUpdate tool always shows 'Can’t connect to device.' Anyone encountered this before?

Good day all,
I am looking to replace my old chinees elm327 mini plug (which i forgot to remove when selling my scooter) by something better. My eye caught the Vlinker ms or mc+. I would opt for the ms but i am trying to find out of the plug works with the hybrid assist app/ dr prius app. I have a toyota rav4 hybrid (and a suzuki alto) and i like the hybrid app to check the battery condition.
Can some one point me in the right direction, which Vlinker is most suitable for the both cars? I would like to use the apps on my iphone but have a samsung if all else fails.
Thanks a lot for your help.

| iCar Pro BLE4.0 Not Connecting to Dodge Durango |

My iCar Pro BLE4.0 works fine with Jscan software in my 2007 Jeep Wrangler, but will not even connect to Jscan in my 2004 Durango, and no lights are illuminated on the dongle when plugged into the Wrangler.
Another (very cheap) OBD2 scan tool works fine in both the Durango and the Jeep.
Apparently the iCar dongle isn't getting power correctly but why does the other scanner work? Do I need some sort of adapter cable?

Regarding the compatibility issue between vLinker FS USB and a few MSI brand computers:
We are very sorry, due to the Chinese New Year holiday, we did not solve the user's problem in time.
1. We found that there is a compatibility problem between vLinker FS USB products and a few MSI brand computers in the process of high-speed communication, which can be solved by USB HUB bridging, Please contact us to apply for a free USB HUB to solve the problem.
2. If you have communication problems with the vLinker FS USB , you can also contact us through the chat tool on the right side of the webpage or provide a computer model, and we will give you a solution.

Hi There.
I’ve bought a Pro and am trying to interpret the data for my EV. I’m hoping someone can help with the following information
1) Is there a link to a description for all the sensor meanings in the app? I have looked and cannot find any list of all the sensors and what they actually measure
2) In the latest version, there’s now sensor for “Battery SOH (Calculated)”. Previously it was just SOH (not calculated) and I believe this just showed the factory capacity and never changed. Does anyone know if the new sensor measures and reports actual SOH?
3) Is there a way (or a sensor) that reports cycle counts for charging? Ie how many times your battery has been through a full cycle. There is a sensor called “charge times”, but I’m confident this does not reflect actual cycle times. (Seems way too high). For now i have been measuring “accumulated charge energy” and just dividing that by my battery capacity. Is that a valid measurement?
Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction
Thanks
