Regarding the compatibility issue between vLinker FS USB and a few MSI brand computers:
We are very sorry, due to the Chinese New Year holiday, we did not solve the user's problem in time.
1. We found that there is a compatibility problem between vLinker FS USB products and a few MSI brand computers in the process of high-speed communication, which can be solved by USB HUB bridging, Please contact us to apply for a free USB HUB to solve the problem.

Hi There.
I’ve bought a Pro and am trying to interpret the data for my EV. I’m hoping someone can help with the following information
1) Is there a link to a description for all the sensor meanings in the app? I have looked and cannot find any list of all the sensors and what they actually measure
2) In the latest version, there’s now sensor for “Battery SOH (Calculated)”. Previously it was just SOH (not calculated) and I believe this just showed the factory capacity and never changed. Does anyone know if the new sensor measures and reports actual SOH?
3) Is there a way (or a sensor) that reports cycle counts for charging? Ie how many times your battery has been through a full cycle. There is a sensor called “charge times”, but I’m confident this does not reflect actual cycle times. (Seems way too high). For now i have been measuring “accumulated charge energy” and just dividing that by my battery capacity. Is that a valid measurement?
Hopefully someone here can point me in the right direction

My Vlinker MC+ after 10 months, suddenly stopped working.
Scanner is still visible by Android via Bluetooth and is pairing with telephone, but any of my OBD applications can`t connect with scanner.
I`m using full paid version of Carscanner, Torque and couple others and any of them can`t connect with Vlinker.
I tried it in other car and it`s not working either.
I was trying to use vlinker fwupdater app to get it updated but no luck, app can`t find scanner.
Only two lights are lit - power and BT is blinking...
Is scanner dead?
